I’d like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the level of customer service shown by one of your employees in the Service Department, Brad.
I was recently placed in an unfortunate situation while out of town on vacation visiting family in Wilmington. I experienced mechanical trouble with my Infiniti automobile and contacted Infiniti Roadside Assistance only to be told that in order for me to have the work completed under warranty I would need to have my car towed to the closest Infiniti dealership in Raleigh! Unfortunately, due to my travel and vacation plans, towing the car was not an option.
After giving it some thought, I decided to contact your Nissan dealership,knowing that both manufacturers work closely and have similar car features. I was pleased to speak to Brad who indicated that if I brought the car in first thing the next morning, they'd be happy to diagnose it and provide an estimate on repairs. I proceeded to do so and your entire service team was very prompt and efficient with making the diagnosis and willingness to order the part to repair it timely. Brad was extremely responsive and kept me apprised along the way sensing my concern with whether the part would arrive timely and the work could be completed before I had to leave for my return trip home.
I am pleased to say my car was repaired in a very timely manner and I was able to complete my vacation and return home as scheduled with a car safe to drive! Upon my return, I faxed the documentation and receipts to Infiniti Consumer Affairs and they did approve the work for reimbursement.
Needless to say, Brad made an extremely frustrating situation tolerable and demonstrated that your dealership aims to provide top notch customer service to the public. I have been sure to sing your dealership praises to my family in Wilmington and all my acquaintances there!
